JESSIE COUNCILL EUBANK

   Mrs. Jessie Councill Eubank of Richmond and Franklin died in a Richmond 
hospital at 2 o’clock Monday morning, March 27, after a long illness.

   She is survived by three sons, Rodman W. Eubank and Thomas H. Eubank of 
Richmond and Robert C. Eubank of Franklin; two sisters, Miss Hattie Councill 
and Mrs. M. Godfrey Councill of Franklin; and two brothers, T.A. Councill of 
Franklin and B.W. Councill of Holland.

   Funeral services were conducted at the Sutherland-Brown Funeral Home, 
Richmond, Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock; and interment was in Poplar 
Spring Cemetery at 4 o’clock.

Jessie was the daughter of George Thomas & Nellie (RODMAN) COUNCILL of 
   Isle of Wight Co.  Her father's obit ("Tidewater News," July 25, 1941,

Her father & brother-in-law Millard Godfrey COUNCILL are both buried in 
    Poplar Spring, according to their obits, but neither are marked.  Both are
