BIRL THOMAS EASTERLING SR.

   FRANKLIN - A funeral service for Birl Thomas Easterling Sr., 43, will be 
held today at 3 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins.

   Easterling died Monday in his home.

   A native of Laurel, Miss., he was the husband of the late Kriscede Scott 
Easterling.  He was manager of Cypress Cove Country Club and had retired from 
the Air Corps as a Master Sergeant after 24 years.

   Survivors include a daughter, Kim E. Bush of Newport News; three sons, 
Thomas Easterling Jr., Scott Easterling and Stephen Easterling, all of 
Franklin; and a sister and four brothers.

Laurel, MS native, d. 28 Jun 1982, at home, Franklin, age 43,
