CLAYTON EDWARDS

   After an illness of several days of cholera infantum, Clayton*, infant son 
of Mr. and Mrs. C.J. Edwards, died a the home of his parents, near Franklin, 
at 8 o'clock, Friday morning, May 11, 1906, aged eighteen months.  The funeral 
took place at 5 o'clock Saturday evening, Rev. J.D. Hufham, D.D., reading the 
burial service.  The remains were placed in Poplar Spring Cemetery, the 
following being the pallbearers: J.D. Abbitt, R.A. Pretlow, J.L. Camp, J.A. 
Pretlow, Dr. W.H. Arthur and A.L. Gardner.

*Text, as originally published, gave Clauton, rather than Clayton - I assumed 
it was a typo. (bs)
