Eley, 66, widow of Leslie James Eley, died this afternoon at 5:30 o’clock at her residence on First Avenue, after an illness of about ten months. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Thomas O. Crosby, Jackson, Miss.; Mrs. C.R. Everett, of Newsoms, and Miss Annie Eley, Miss Marie Eley and Miss Elizabeth Eley, of Franklin. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the residence, by the Rev. H.W. Davis, pastor of the Methodist Church. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland.
