He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Minnie Waddill Ellis, four sisters, Mrs. S.T. Beale, of Branchville; Mrs. Thomas Edwards, of Indian Head, Md,; Mrs. Clarence Bishop, of Bluefield W.Va., and Mrs. Ramie Livesay, of Rocky Mount, N.C.; four brothers, John Ellis of Waverly; P.L. Ellis of Emporia ; Martin Ellis, of Toledo, Ohio, and Wesley Ellis, of Bluefield, W.Va. Funeral services will be help at 3 P.M. Thursday in Capron with interment there.
