All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ ACCIDENTAL FIRING OF GUN COSTS LIFE OF BOY IN WINDSOR SUFFOLK, April 11. - Jesse [sic] Ellis, 6 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse Ellis, living near Windsor, was instantly killed today by the accidental discharge of a shotgun in his home. An older brother, aged 7, was handling the gun at the time, but declared he did not touch the trigger. A younger boy, aged 5, was also in the room, but escaped injury. Dr. Ivan Steele, of Windsor, was summoned, but found the boy beyond help. The Ellis family recently moved to the Windsor neighborhood. Funeral services for the boy killed, were held Tueday.
