Harry Bunch. Burial was in Newsoms Cemetery. Pallbearers were P.D. Crumpler, Robert Eagleston, C.J. Arrington Jr., Robert Vann, Howard Ellis, A.F. Catlett, Claude Drake Jr. and Lloyd Taylor. Mrs. Ellis died Friday morning at Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Mrs. Clarice Miles Cogsdale of Newsoms and the late James Lee Cogsdale and the wife of Benjamin F. Ellis Jr. She was a member of Wakefield Baptist Church. Besides her husband and mother, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. S.A. Whitmore Jr. and Miss Pamela E. Ellis of Wakefield; two brothers, James E. Cogsdale of Newsoms and Thomas N. Cogsdale of Sedley; three sisters, Mrs. Lloyd D. Taylor of Newsoms, Mrs. P.D. Crumpler of Handsom, and Mrs. Charles J. Arrington Jr. of Courtland; and two grandchildren. Mabel Elizabeth (COGSDALE; Mrs. Benjamin F.
