Edmund Ellis. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland. Mrs. Fay died Friday, March 11, in a hospital. A native of Johnstown, N.Y., she was formerly a secretary for the CIA in Alexandria. Mrs. Fay was a member of the Boykins Woman's Club, Order of the Eastern Star in Johnstown and the Franklin Newcomers Club. Survivors include her husband, Edward K. Fay; a son, Joseph P. Fay of Courtland; her mother, Rose Sims of Fonda, N.Y.; three sisters, Margaret Whisenant of Woodbridge, Adlade Wojciechowski of Sebastian, Fla., and Rose Heagle of Englewood, Fla.; and three brothers, Dr. Edward Sims of Springfield, Mass.; Thomas Sims of Windsor, Vt. and John Sims of Connecticut.
