ELIZA LEE OLIVER FAGAN FRANKLIN - A funeral service for Mrs. Lee Oliver Fagan is scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m. in Franklin Baptist Church by the Rev. Ira D. Hudgins. Burial will be in Poplar Spring Cemetery. The body is being sent form Ryan Funeral Home, Stanardsville, to W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home and will arrive today. Pallbearers will be Richmond Peters Jr., Jesse Weed Jr., T.C. Holland, Jr., W.T. Pace Jr., D.C. Cotton, Jr., and Lee Johnson. Mrs. Fagan, 95, the widow of Richard S. Fagan Sr., died Tuesday morning in Stanardsville. A native of Franklin, she was a daughter of Thomas W. and Mrs. Alice Sherwood Parker Oliver. She was the oldest member of Franklin Baptist Church, joining in 1883. She also was a former teacher in public schools on Franklin. Surviving are a son, Lee Oliver Fagan of Stanardsville; two stepsons, Richard S. Fagan Jr. of El Cajo, Calif., and J. Vernon Fagan of Hartsville, S.C.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Margaret Rogers of Richmond; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Allen and Mrs. Mae Graves of Stanardsville; and a niece, Mrs. Robert J. Jager of Scarsdale, N.Y. Eliza Lee (OLIVER; Mrs. Richard S.
