MILLS BARRETT FAISON SR.

   FRANKLIN - A funeral service for Mills Barrett Faison Sr., 64, was held 
Saturday at 4 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. S. Wayne Rickman. 
Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley.

   Faison died Thursday in a Richmond hospital.

   A native of Sussex County, he was the husband of Mrs. Elsie Gay Faison 
and the son of Mrs. Mary Pearl Faison.

   He was a member of Grace Memorial United Methodist Church and a retired 
merchant.

   Other survivors include two sons, Mills B. Faison of Franklin and Donald 
Bruce Faison of Lake Wales, Fla.; four sisters, Mrs. Eunice Hatfield and Mrs. 
Pearl Pulley of Franklin; Mrs. Rose Adkins of Va. Beach, Mrs. Evelyn Benton 
of Suffolk; five brothers, Daniel Faison of Gaston, N.C., Sam Faison of 
Richmond, James Faison of Emporia, and Glenn Faison and Albert Faison of 
Franklin, and six grandchildren.
