A son of William H. and Marina Neal Fuller, he was a lifelong Southampton County resident. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Annie Gray Fuller; two daughters, Mrs. Robert Ferguson and Mrs. James Porter of Newsoms; two sons, James R. Fuller of Courtland and Rufus C. Fuller of Boykins. Five sisters, Mrs. Lillie Beale and Mrs. Jack Overby of Emporia, Mrs. Betty Bryant of Richmond, Mrs. Pauline Kirkland of Boykins and Mrs. Herbert Vick of Sunbeam; two brothers, Clifton Fuller of Richmond and Paul Fuller of Emporia; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. The body was taken from Purviance Funeral Home here to Boykins Baptist Church for a funeral service Thursday at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. Ben B. Ussery, pastor, and the Rev. N.B. Habel of Victoria Baptist Church. Burial was in Beechwood Cemetery.
