Holland and Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. Harry Bunch. Burial was in Southampton Memorial Park. Ferrell died Thursday at 8 a.m. at his residence. A native of Zebulon, he was a son of J. Hubert and Mrs. Salley Hunnycut Liles Ferrell and the late Mrs. Mabel Drake Ferrell. He was a retired employee of Union Camp Corp. and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a Baptist. He is survived by three step-daughters, Mrs. Thomas Matthews, Mrs. Tommie Vinson, Mrs. W.H. Fowler all of Franklin; two step-sons, Andrew T. Drake and Harry L. Drake of Franklin; one sister, Mrs. Sallie F. Tillage of Norfolk.
