Mrs. Anne Sebrell Farmer of 915 Park Ave. She is survived by 2 sons, Herbert, Jr., and James Sebrell Farmer; 3 daughters, Mrs. James R. Reames, Mrs. Lloyd Shackelford, Mrs. J.J. Mullaney; 1 sister, Mrs. James Darden Rivers; and 7 grandchildren. Remains rest at the Joseph Bliley Funeral Home, 3rd and Marshall. A Requiem Mass will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Cathedral. Interment in Courtland, Va. ****************************************************************************** MRS. ANNE S. FARMER Mrs. Anne Sebrell Farmer, a retired federal government employee, died Sunday at her home at 915 Park Ave. Mrs. Farmer taught in Richmond public schools for a number of years. She is survived by two sons, James S. Farmer of Lynchburg and Herbert Farmer Jr.; three daughters, Mrs. James R. Reams of Richmond, Mrs. Lloyd Shackelford of Lutherville, Md. And Mrs. J.J. Mullaney of Linden, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. James Darden River of Bethesda, Md., and seven grandchildren. A rosary service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Monday at Joseph W. Bliley Funeral Home. A requiem mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Cathedral, with burial in Courtland.
