Gibson, a former Franklin resident, died at the Sarah Leigh Hospital, Norfolk, last Thursday in his 45th year, Mr. Gibson having been a resident of Norfolk for a number of years. He was the son of the late T.D. and Mrs. Lina Hart Gibson of Franklin, and is survived by a sister, Mrs. Walter Harrell of Winston-Salem, N.C.; an uncle, J.R. Hart of Sunbeam and an aunt, Mrs. Fannie Bryant of Boykins. The late J.D. Hart of Boykins was also an uncle of Mr. Gibson. Funeral services were held here Saturday afternoon from the Holland Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Elwood Jones of Christian Church and interment was made in the family plot in Poplar Spring Cemetery. The pallbearers were: Barclay Pretlow, E.L. Ferguson, W.O. Bristow, B.E. Wiggins, W.H. Norfleet, J.A. Weede, E.L. Beale and C.F. Whitfield. Hart D.
