JOYCE BARBARA CRICHTON GAVIN

   Franklin - Funeral services for Barbara C. Gavin, will be held today at 2:30 
p.m. in Wright Funeral Home by the Revs. Jeremy Galloway and Wade Munford. 
Burial will be in Capron Cemetery.

    Mrs. Gavin died Tuesday in a Norfolk hospital.

   She was the wife of Bobby Gavin and a daughter of Mrs. Virginia C. Crichton 
of Capron. She was born in Southampton County and was a secretary of Union Camp 
Corp.

   She was a member of Hunterdale United Church of Christ and American Kennel 
Club Association.

   Other survivors include a brother, George Crichton of San Diego, Calif.; and 
nieces and nephews.
