Holland & Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. Robert D. Fridley of High Street Church. Burial was in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were Richard Hunnings, Bud Hunnings, Mike Hunnings, David Nichols, Danny Parker and Douglas Bryant. Mrs. Guyton, 74, a native of Dublin, N.C. and a Franklin resident since 1929 died Sunday night in a Norfolk hospital after a long illness. She was the widow of William Murray Guyton and a daughter of Ike and Mrs. Lula Drisson. She was a member of High Street Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, William Coulder Guyton of Hampton and William Murray Guyton, Jr. of Franklin; four daughters Mrs. Juanita G. Bryant of Franklin, Mrs. Bonnie Mae Hunnings of Holland, Mrs. Eloise G. Parker of Portsmouth, and Mrs. Mary Lou Nichols of Suffolk.
