EUNICE MAY VICK GRAY 

  NEWSOMS - Mrs. Eunice Vick Gray, 69, died Wednesday in Southampton Memorial 
Hospital, Franklin.

  A native of Southampton County, she was the wife of Johnny B. Gray.  She was 
a member of Barnes United Methodist Church.

  Also surviving are a daughter, Ms. Daisy Spicer of Greensboro, N.C.; two 
sons, Edward Johnny Gray and R.O. Gray of Franklin; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie 
Barrett of Franklin, and Mrs. Nellie Drake and Mrs. Adelle Drake of Newsoms; a 
brother, Clyde Vick of Newsoms; and three grandchildren.

  A funeral service will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in Barnes United Methodist 
Church by the Rev. Harry Bunch.  Burial will be in Newsoms Cemetery with 
McDowell Funeral Home, Boykins, in charge.
