All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/va/vafiles.htm ************************************************ REUBEN LAWRENCE GRAY Reuben Lawrence Gray, 75, husband of the late Mrs. Mary Stakes Gray, and son of the late Riddick* R. and Addie R. Gray, died Wednesday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J.D. Parker, Gates, N.C. He was a native of Southampton County, and a resident of Gates for the last seven years. He was a member of the Franklin Baptist Church. Besides his daughter, he is survived by two sons, Murden E. Gray, Winston- Salem, N.C., and Reuben L. Gray, Jr., USAF; two daughters, Mrs. J.C. Hand, Newport News, and Mrs. Robert Falson, Carrsville; three brothers, Robert S. Gray, Franklin, Fenton Gray, Richmond and William Gray, Smithfield; one sister, Mrs. Eva Watson, Richmond; 21 grandchildren and five great- grandchildren.
