MRS. NETTIE LEE GRIFFIN 

  FRANKLIN, June 18 - Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Lee Griffin, who died 
Tuesday, were conducted today at 4 p.m. at the W.M.J. Holland and Sons Funeral 
Home and [sic; by] the Rev O.L. Gochenour and the Rev. Harvey M. Carnes. 
Burial was in Beechwood Cemetery, Boykins.  Pallbearers were Jessie White, 
Johnnie Jenkins, J.L. Bryant, B. Presson, Wilson Story and George Hedgespeth 
[sic; Hedgepeth].

Jim's D.Cert. 15596 (Suffolk #216) gives James Malachi; wife: Nellie Lee. 

Their son Charlie's M.Cert. 1953-30773 (IoW.Co. #106) & D.Cert. 1955-9761 
   (Franklin #36) gives James Matthews & Nellie Lee. 

We previously had her husband as James Matthew.
