Charles B. Spivey Jr. and Rev. Daniel M. Spell. Burial was in Drewryville Cemetery with W.J.M. Holland and Sons Funeral Home in charge. Pallbearers were William Prince, Grizzard Todd, Robert Grizzard, Roy D. Lockhart, William Ellis, Frank Cook and Wayne Grizzard. Mrs. Grizzard, 75, died Friday afternoon in Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Drewryville, she was a daughter of Isaac and Mrs. Clifford Cobb Norfleet and the widow of Henry Ezelle Grizzard. She was a member of Drewryville Methodist Church. She is survived by seven daughters, Mrs. Homer O. Hughes and Mrs. Alvin P. Eubanks of Richmond, Mrs. J. Stanton Ellis of Stoney Creek, Mrs. George W. Rogers Jr. of Roundhill, Mrs. J.R. Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., Mrs. Ethel G. Lockhart of Ashland and Mrs. Kinston Smith of Como, N.C.; four sons, Walter Grizzard of Smithfield, Norfleet Grizzard of Drewryville, Air Force Capt. John Grizzard of Colorado Springs, Colo., and Peyton P. Grizzard of Gary, Ind.; a brother, Linwood B. Norfleet of Franklin; 22 grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
