She is survived by two brothers, Everett Felts of Nansemond County, and Clyde Felts of Surry County; a stepmother, Mrs. Alice Felts of Norfolk and a half-sister, Mrs. Willie Mae Sawyer of Norfolk. The body was brought to Suffolk Monday morning and taken to the funeral home of I.O. Hill & co., where funeral services were conducted that afternoon at 3 o'clock, by Dr. John G. Truitt. Burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery. (Ancestry.com Virginia Vital Records) Charles is buried (unmarked) with his parents in a McCLENNY family cemetery, on the corner of the Sedley Baptist Church property. William appears in the 1930 Census in Washington, DC, with wife Hattie P. (b. MD). In 1940, he's widowed, living with his sister Susie & her husband William GARRISON. Her Find a Grave Memorial (#134487584) gives d. 23 Dec 1999 [sic!]. A photo of her gravestone is included, but the image is not clear enough to read the dates.
