      RALPH HOWELL DEAD. 

  Suffolk, Va., March 16. - Ralph, the 11-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac 
[sic; Charles*] Howell, of Franklin, and grandson of William H. Howell, of 
Suffolk, died Saturday night in Franklin and the funeral occurred this 
afternoon. 


Ralph P. HOWELL, son of Charles M. & Minnie Bell (RAWLES) HOWELL, 
b. 16 Mar 1896, d. 15 Mar 1908, Franklin, 
interred in Poplar Spring Cemetery (Sect. 1, Plot 19*), Franklin, 16 Mar 1908, 
"Virginian-Pilot," Vol. 26, No. 66, Tues., Mar. 17, 1908, p. 7
