Suffolk, Va., March 16. - Ralph, the 11-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac [sic; Charles*] Howell, of Franklin, and grandson of William H. Howell, of Suffolk, died Saturday night in Franklin and the funeral occurred this afternoon. Ralph P.
