Holland, died suddenly at her home near Franklin Thursday morning in her sixty-seventy year. She had been in feeble health for some months following an attack of influenza last winter, but her death was unexpected. The deceased was a Miss Freeman of Isle of Wight county and is survived by one son, Frank, and a number of relatives in this town and section. She was a member of Sycamore Baptist Church and was an industrious and energetic business woman, owning much valuable property in this town. The funeral services were conducted from her late residence this afternoon at 3 o'clock by Rev. L.F. Paulette, a former pastor of the deceased, interment following in Poplar Spring Cemetery.
