Peter Holland, son of the late J. Calvin Holland and Sarah Holland, died at the home of his sister, Mrs. J. Richard Howell, February 5, 1923, after a long illness at the age of forty-five. He was a member of the Franklin Baptist Church. He leaves two sisters, Mrs. J.E. Coggsdale and Mrs. J. Richard Howell and one brother, R.E. Holland. The funeral was held at two o’clock Tuesday afternoon, February 6, from Sycamore Church and was conducted by Rev. R.D. Stephenson, pastor of the Franklin Baptist Church.
