FRANKLIN - A funeral service for Robert Cameron Holland Jr. was conducted Sunday at 2 p.m. in W.J.M. Holland & Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. Robert D. Fridley. Burial with Masonic rites in Southampton Memorial Park. Pallbearers were Francis Collier, Russell Gayle Sr., Johnnie G. Johnson, John G. Britt, Alvin Whitehead, Stuart Whitehead, Tom Perry and William M. Branch. Holland, 53, died Friday afternoon in Southampton Memorial Hospital. A native of Southampton County, he was a son of Robert C. Holland Sr. and Mrs. Lula Miles Holland and the husband of Mrs. Ollie Mae Bailey Holland. He was a member of High Street Methodist Church, Franklin Masonic Lodge 151, and Mt. Nebo Royal Arch Chapter of Suffolk. He was the head carpenter of Union Camp Corp. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Robert C. Holland III of Franklin, and a sister, Mrs. Bertha Carter of Hampton.
