Mr. Hundley was apparently in good health when he retired. He was the son of the late John A. Hundley and Delia A. Gardner Hundley. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. George B. Vick and Mrs. H.V. Thornton of Southampton County; two brothers, S.T. Hundley and Y.C. Hundley of the county, and a number of nieces and nephews. Services were conducted at the grave in Poplar Spring Cemetery here Sunday afternoon at 3:30 o’clock by Dr. Elwood W. Jones of Franklin Congregational Christian Church. Pallbearers were R.M. Dickerson, Gardner T. Hundley, Geo. B. Vick, Jr., T.F. Hundley, H.V. Thornton and Louis W. Davis.
