CATHERINE ROYAL WILLIFORD HARRUP

   SEDLEY - Mrs. Catherine* Williford Harrup, 68, died Saturday night in the 
home of a daughter, Mrs. Gladys Hayner in Sedley.

   She was the widow of Andrew Jefferson Harrup and a daughter of Lonnie D. 
and Mrs. Martha Bryant Williford*.

   She was a member of Millfield Baptist Church.

   Besides her daughter, surviving are four sons, Joseph Andrew Harrup, Robert 
Lee Harrup, William Ryland Harrup and Cecil Dillard Harrup of Ivor, and eight 
grandchildren.

   A funeral service was conducted Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in W.J.M. Holland & 
Sons Funeral Home by the Rev. Joseph L. McTeer.  Burial was in Riverside 
Cemetery, Courtland.

   Pallbearers were: Mac Stieh, Will H. Stieh, R.H. Cornwell, A.M. Felts, 
Walter H. Raiford, H.W. Wade, E.J. Cutright and Woodrow Cobb.

   WILLEFORD - same family plot.
