Harvey, the widow of Abner F. Harvey, died yesterday morning at 8 o'clock a the residence of her son, the Hon. Thomas N. Jones, in Isle of Wight county.  Mrs. Harvey was a Miss Joyner, and was born in Southampton county on the 26th of January 1823.  Her first husband was Mr. Thomas Jones. She left two sons, the Hon. Thomas N. Jones, of Isle of Wight county, and Mr. Charles E. Jones, of Carysbrook, Fluvanna county.    The remains of Mrs. Harvey will reach this city this morning on the 10 o'clock train over the Chesapeake and Ohio railroad, and will be taken to the residence of Mr. William Ellyson, No. 310 south Third Street, where the funeral service will take place at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. The burial will be at Hollywood.     Mrs. Harvey lived in this city for a number of years, and a host of friends and relatives will be grieved at her death.     The following are the pall-bearers:     Honorary - Messrs T. William Pemberton, W.H. Allison, Harvey Blair, H. Theo. Ellyson, J. Taylor Ellyson, Thomas Boling, James Estis, Jo Lane Stern, and Dr. John G. Trevillian.     Active - Messrs. Otway Warwick, Werner Moore, W. Ellyson, J. Alston Cabell, Rolf Glover, Whit. Urquhart, Charles Warren, Frank Beveridge, W.J. Whitehurst, and Charles J. Anderson. Jane M.
