Funeral services were held Sunday at 2 p.m. for William Harmon Harrison Jr., who drowned while boating in Lake Gaston August 1. Services were held in Echols Funeral Home, with Rev. Roy Arnold and Rev. Daniel Spell officiating. Burial was in Drewryville Cemetery. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William H. Harrison of Emporia. Besides his parents, he is survived by a brother, Joseph Bret Harrison; two sets of grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Leroy Smith of Emporia and Mr. and Mrs. James M. Harrison of Danville and one great-grandmother, Mrs. Eugenia Jarratt. Pallbearers were Micky Futrell, Bobby Conwell, George Mason Grizzard, H.J. Vick and Bill Harrison. Honorary pallbearers were Harrison's classmates at Franklin High School and the intermediate Sunday school class of Adams Grove Baptist Church. William Harmon HARRISON, Jr., son of William H.
