High St., died Monday in his home. He was a native of Southampton County and the husband of Mrs. Ann Johnson Hargrave. He was the son of Mrs. Mary Dundlow [sic; Dunlow] Hargrave of Franklin. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church and an employee of Franklin Equipment Co. Other survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Jo Ann Bertern of Norfolk and Miss Nancy Darlene Hargrave of Franklin; three sons, George G. Hargrave of Baltimore, and James M. Hargrave and Randy W. Hargrave of Franklin; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Vargo of Courtland and Mrs. Catherine Joseph of Norfolk; a brother, Arthur Hargrave of Franklin; and three grandchildren. A funeral will be held Wednesday at 3 p.m. in Hunterdale Baptist Church by the Rev. H.L. Vincent Jr. Burial will be in Black Creek Church Cemetery, Wright Funeral Home has charge.
