A native of Southampton County, she was the widow of Livey Hargrave. She was a member of the Franklin Church of God. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Ruby Vargo of Courtland and Mrs. Cathy Joseph of Norfolk; a son, Arthur Hargrave of Franklin; three sisters, Mrs. Fanny Buckner of Boykins, Mrs. Noma Turner of Jarratt, and Mrs. Rosella Kitchen of Franklin; three brothers, James T. Dunlow of Franklin, Luther B. Dunlow of Zuni, and Emmett Dunlow of Newsoms; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. in Wright Funeral Home by the Rev. Arthur Harris. Burial will be in Blackcreek Church Cemetery.
