PRICE HART Mrs. Ada Price Hart, aged 81 years, well-known resident of Franklin for the past 30 years, died Sunday morning at the home of her son, W.F. Hart in Norfolk Street. Mrs. Hart for 18 years prior to her moving to Franklin made her home in Suffolk and was a member of the Presbyterian Church of that city. Surviving her are one son, W.F. Hart of Franklin, a grandson, Corp. W.F. Hart, Jr. of Camp Polk, La., three nieces, Mrs. Virginia Pender of Norfolk, Miss Grace Price and Mrs. Doris Barnes of Suffolk; a nephews, Leslie Price of New Bern, N.C. Funeral services were conducted at 3 o’clock Monday afternoon by the Rev. R.D. Stephenson and the Rev. B.B. Bland at the grave in Poplar Spring Cemetery. Pallbearers were Dr. A.P. Cutchin, J.H. Boyd, D.C. Gillette, Harry Steinhardt, J. Edgar Weede, Walter Beaman, Albert Beaman, and Leslie Price. The casket was covered by a pall of white carnations and fern. Ada D. (PRICE; Mrs. W.L.)
