IVOR, VA., August 9. - Mr. J.H. Hart, a most highly respected citizen of Richmond and employe [sic] of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway Company, in the capacity of clerk, in the auditor's office of that city, died here at 5 o'clock last evening. The burial service will take place this afternoon near here. Mr. Hart leaves an invalid widow. Jonathan H.
