ALLEN HARRELL

   CAPRON - Allen Harrell, 75, died Sunday in a Richmond hospital.

   A native of Sussex County, he was a retired farmer.  He is survived by his 
widow, Mrs. Mattie O. Harrell; four sons, Jeptha Harrell of Petersburg; Eugene 
Harrell of Surry and Richard Harrell and Albert Harrell of Capron; two 
sisters, Mrs. F.M. Laine of Petersburg and Mrs. Pearl Ricks; and three 
grandchildren.

   A funeral service was held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Owen Funeral Home in 
Jarratt.  Burial was in the Harrell family cemetery.
