Mrs. Harrell, a native of Southampton County, was the widow of Roscoe Harrell. Survivors include two daughters, Thelma Sterling of Chesapeake and Mary Harrell of Virginia Beach; seven sons, Roy E. Harrell of Albany, Ga., Euclid A. Harrell of Houston, Texas, James F. Harrell of Virginia Beach, and Carl W. Harrell, Edwin L. Harrell, Alford L. Harrell and Junious C. Harrell all of Chesapeake; two sisters, Betty Dailey of Chesapeake and Margaret Wright of Norfolk; two brothers, Junious Edwards of Norfolk and Luther Edwards, Jr. of New Mexico; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Wilfred M. Mayton. Snellings Funeral Home, George Washington Highway Chapel, is handling arrangements.
