S.S. Bowmen. Burial was in Southampton Memorial Park. A native of Nottoway County, he was the husband of Mrs. Geneva Craft Inge and a son of Jasper and Mrs. Mary Ragsdale Inge. He was supervisor of heating and air-conditioning for S.W. Rawls, Inc., 25 years. He was past treasurer of the Franklin Presbyterian Church and ruling elder at his death. He also served as past council commander of Woodman of the World Holly Camp 18 and an active member of the board of trustees. Besides his widow, surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Ray Thomas of Franklin; a stepson, Charles E. Weaver of Windsor; a sister, Mrs. Eleanor Parsons of Blackstone; a brother, Roy Allen Inge of Crewe; and two grandchildren. He was a member of American Legion, Courtland Ruritan Club, and Courtland Baptist Church and assistant scoutmaster of Courtland Boy Scout Troop 11. William Theodore "Ted" INGE, of Franklin, S.W.
