JACKSON DIES AT FRANKLIN FRANKLIN - Oct. 18 - Mrs. Flora Bryant Jackson, widow of Jesse Andrews Jackson, died Tuesday at her residence here. Born at "Bloomfield Plantation" near Courtland on May 18, 1864, she attended county schools and taught in two schools near here. She was a charter member of High Street Methodist Church and of Agnes Lee Chapter, United Daughters of the Confederacy. Surviving are a son, Edgar Jackson, of Franklin; eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at High Street Church, with burial in Poplar Spring Cemetery.
