DORIS BARDEN JONES

   A graveside funeral service for Mrs. Doris Barden Jones, 67, of Rt. 1, 
Franklin, was held Saturday at 2 p.m. in Southampton Memorial Park by the 
Rev. Donald Trump.

   Mrs. Jones died Thursday, Nov. 30 at the Holiday Home for the Aged in 
Virginia Beach.

   A native of Nansemond County, she was the wife of Willie E. Jones and a 
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Terrance Barden*.

   She was a Baptist.

   Besides her husband, she is survived by three brothers, Terrance Barden 
and Meredith Barden, both of Suffolk and Edward Barden of Washington, D.C.

He is buried with his widow in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suffolk.
