She is survived by her husband, J.W. Johnson, three children, W. Ernest, Miss Eva and Presley Johnson, also 12 grandchildren. She was a member of the Roanoke Rapids Baptist Church. Funeral services were held at the residence Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock with the Rev. J. Felix Arnold officiating. Music was furnished by Mrs. H.M. Purviance and Rev. Mr. Arnold. Pallbearers were J.H. Johnson, Joseph Washington, Peter Pope, Alvin Pope, J.L. Smith, Emmett Pope and C.C. Jernigan. Flower bearers were granddaughters of Mrs. Johnson. Burial was made in the Roanoke Rapids, N.C. cemetery. [Annie (Mrs. J.W.)
