Jenkins of Capron, died Thursday, October 5, at 6:00 a.m. in Raiford Memorial Hospital. She was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Holland Beale, and a member of the Capron Methodist Church. Mrs. Jenkins was born in Branchville, but was living in Capron with her sister, Mrs. C.M. Chester, at the time of her marriage to Mr. Jenkins and had made her home there ever since. In addition to her husband she is survived by four sons, Carlton C. Jenkins of New York City, A. Jack Jenkins of Jarratt, Clarence Jenkins of Capron and Stuart Jenkins of Courtland, and three grandchildren. Graveside services were held in the Capron Cemetery on Saturday at 3 p.m. with Rev. David F. Willis, pastor of the Capron Methodist Church officiating. Assisting were Rev. J.T. Cassell and Rev. R.H. Marks, both former pastors of the church. Mr. Marks read a song, "I Am Going Home to Die No More." Active pallbearers were Dr. J.J. Grizzard, Herbert Francis, James Jenkins, Linwood Jenkins, Clyde Jenkins and Elwood Jenkins. Members of the Big Brother Bible Class served as honorary pallbearers. Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning at 10:30 o’clock at the Capron Methodist Church by Rev. David Willis, pastor of the Capron Methodist and Rev. R.H. Marks, a former pastor. Burial was in Capron cemetery. Pallbearers were Irving Baker, David H. Bell, L.R. Magee, C.B. Pope, Sr., William V.
