DALLAS EUGENE JOHNSON

Dallas Eugene Johnson, 83, of 848 Hunterdale Road, died Sunday, in Southampton 
Memorial Hospital.  He was a native of Southampton County and the husband of 
the late Virginia Baugham Johnson.  He was a retired farmer and a member of 
Vincent Grove United Methodist Church.  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. 
Evelyn J. Drewry* of Franklin; four brothers, Willie Johnson and David 
Johnson, both of Capron, Eddie Johnson and Robert Johnson, both of Suffolk; 
two grandchildren, Mr. Gene H. Drewry of the home and Miss Beth B. Drewry of 
Richmond.  Funeral will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Vincent Grove 
United Methodist Church by the Rev. Walter Snowa.  Burial will be in the 
Capron Town Cemetery.  Family suggests that memorials be made to the Vincent 
Grove United Methodist Church.  The family will be at the residence.  Wright 
Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
