IDA KATHLEEN JOHNSON

   Ida Kathleen Johnson, youngest daughter of Dallas E. and Mrs. Virginia A. 
Johnson, died at her home near Courtland Friday, January 15, after an illness 
of three days at the age of five years and seven months.

   She is survived by her parents, one sister, Evelyn Marie; two grandmothers 
and one grandfather, one great-grandmother and one great-grandfather and a 
number of aunts and uncles.  She was a bright, happy and jolly little girl, 
loved by everyone who knew her.

   Funeral services were conducted at the family cemetery near Newsoms, 
Saturday afternoon at 2:30 by Rev. A.W. Coates and Rev. Clifford Ramsey. 
"Asleep in Jesus" and "Abide With Me" were sung.  The pallbearers were Robert 
and Olie Baugham and David and Herbert Johnson.
