JOHN MARSHALL JOHNSON

John Marshall Johnson, age 69, a retired automobile salesman, died March 28, 
1978.  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Carrie Edwards Johnson; one son, Gene 
Marshall Johnson of South Hill; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Washington of Norfolk, 
Mrs. Gladys Davis of Baltimore, Md.; two brothers, Dalton Johnson of Roanoke 
Rapids, N.C., Clyde Johsnon of Richmond; two grandchildren, Amy and Jay 
Johnson.  Remains rest at Echols Funeral Home, Emporia, where funeral services 
will be conducted 2 P.M. Thursday.  Interment in Capron Cemetery.
