DOROTHY DRAKE JOYNER

   Mrs. Dorothy Drake Joyner, 61, died at her residence in Capron at three 
o’clock Friday morning, December 9.  She was the widow of S.W. Joyner.

   She is survived by three children, Mrs. Fred Hamilton and S.W. Joyner, Jr., 
both of Richmond, and C.L. Joyner of Capron; four grandchildren; and a sister, 
Mrs. S.T. Whitehorne of Richmond.

   Funeral services were held at the residence at two o’clock Sunday 
afternoon, and burial was in the Capron cemetery.

Her Death Certificate, #28862, incorrectly gives her father as "James Thomas 
   Drake"; the informant was her son Charles L. Joyner.  James Thomas was 
   indeed the name of her brother, but their father was James E. Joyner.
