JENNIE SMITH BLYTHE TURNER JOYNER

   WHALEYVILLE - Mrs. Jennie Blythe Joyner, 82, the widow of Edward E. Joyner, 
died Tuesday afternoon in Lakeside Nursing Home, Suffolk, after a long illness.

   A native of Southampton County, she was a daughter of Robert and Mrs. 
Rebecca Scott Blythe.

   She was a member of Hunterdale Christian Church.

   Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Collier of Whaleyville and Mrs. 
Jennie B. Hornok of Franklin; a sister, Mrs. A.L. Holland of Suffolk; and 
four grandchildren.

   A funeral service was conducted Thursday at 3 p.m. in W.J.M. Holland & Sons 
Funeral Home.  Burial was in Rosemont Cemetery, Sedley.

   Pallbearers were Raleigh Russell, Charlie Russell, Preston Morris, Louis 
Benton, Tom Holland, R.H. Joyner Jr., Edgar Blythe and Asa Joyner.
