Joyner, who had made her home in Franklin for a number of years’ until the family recently moved to Petersburg, died in that city last Saturday morning in her 63rd year. The body was brought to Franklin Sunday and funeral services were conducted from the Franklin Baptist Church, where Mrs. Joyner had been a member since 1883, by Rev. R.D. Stephenson, interment following in Poplar Spring Cemetery. She is survived by her husband and by two sons, J.H. and J.E. Joyner, and by two daughters, Misses Janie and Mary E.
