She was the widow of Edwin Hunter Joyner and a native of Southampton County. Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Turner of Franklin, Mrs. Betty Brock of Carrsville, Mrs. Rachael Rhodes of Windsor, Mrs. Hunter Cowling of Stony Creek and Mrs. Anna Kitchen of Waverly; a son, Lewis Q. Joyner of Franklin; twenty grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held today at 11 A.M. in High Street United Methodist Church by the Rev. Wade Mumford. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland, with Wright Funeral Home in charge. The family will be at 847 Kimberly Drive. Lucy Jane (BARNES; Mrs. Edwin H.)
