JOYNER IVOR - William Floyd Joyner, 63, died Sunday in a Petersburg hospital. A native of Southampton County, he was a son of William T. and Mrs. Martha Cook Joyner. He was a farmer and member of Ivor Baptist Church and Ivor Hunt Club. Surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Lillie J. Felts of Ivor, Mrs. K.E. Bailey of Wakefield, Mrs. Isabelle J. Warner of Hopewell, and Mrs. M.M. Holt of Sedley; and a brother, William T. Joyner Jr. of Ivor. A funeral service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. James Mashburn. Burial will be in Tucker Swamp Baptist Church cemetery. ****************************************************************************** WILLIAM FLOYD JOYNER IVOR - A funeral service for William Floyd Joyner was conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in Purviance Funeral Chapel, Wakefield, by the Rev. Grover C. Holder. Burial was in Tucker Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jimmie Felts, Bobby Felts, Jimmie Raiford, Billy Kitchen, James Kitchen and Wayne Cook. Joyner, 63, died Sunday in a Petersburg hospital. A native of Southampton County, he was a son of William T. and Mrs. Martha Cook Joyner.
