EUGENIA MAE JONES JARRATT

Mrs. Eugenia Jones Jarratt, age 95, widow of Richard Edward Jarratt, died 
Dec. 22, 1970.  She was the daughter of Fredrick and Rebecca Taylor Jones. 
She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Carrie Ramsey, of Drewryville, Va., 
Mrs. Mattie Harrell, Mrs. Ruth Lee, Mrs. Rosa Smith, all of Emporia; one 
brother, Freeman H. Jones Sr. of Emporia; 15 grandchildren; 31 great-
grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.  Remains rest at Echols 
Funeral Home, Emporia, where services will be conducted 2 P.M. Thursday 
with interment in Drewryville Cemetery.
