LLOYD CARROLL JOURNIGAN SR.

   COURTLAND - Funeral services for Lloyd Carroll Journigan, Sr., who died 
Wednesday in a Richmond hospital, were conducted at the Holland Funeral 
Chapel, Franklin, Friday at 3 p.m. by the Rev. C.W. Gibson, Jr., pastor of 
the Courtland Methodist Church, and the Rev. John Hobbs, pastor of Trinity 
Methodist Church, Petersburg.

   Pallbearers were James Woodard, T.P. Gilbert, David Kitchen, Edward 
Cranshaw, Lloyd Vick, Gilbert Williams, Cortez Tomlin and Dr. Frank Daughtrey.

   Burial was in Riverside Cemetery, Courtland.
